General notes - Mounting the licence plate onto the front licence plate bracket

The information label can be found on the licence plate bracket, either embossed or in sticker form.

If the licence plate is incorrectly mounted on the front licence plate bracket, sensors, cameras or driving and safety systems may malfunction or fail.

Observe the following points when mounting the licence plate on the front licence plate bracket:

Mount the licence plate directly on the licence plate bracket without advertising media or other holders.
Ensure when mounting the licence plate that it does not protrude over the licence plate bracket at the top.
Fit the licence plate centrally on the licence plate holder, ensuring that any protrusion of the licence plate is the same on both sides.
